We (“we” or “Kiddos LLC”) are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with this policy and all applicable state and federal laws.

We have a few fundamental principles to ensure transparency and to protect your data:

* We have adopted this policy to provide full transparency regarding any information collected by the Mobile Application and the purposes for which it is collected.

* The use of "collect" complies with legal definitions and does not necessarily imply that we transmit or extract information about your usage to our servers.

* Our goal is to inform you about our practices so you can make an informed decision about using Kiddos Play.

* We do not and will not sell any information gathered by the Mobile Application to any third party.

For the purposes of this policy, and consistent with consumer-privacy regulations (including CCPA), any information processed by the Mobile Application whether stored locally on the device or transmitted to our servers, is considered “collected.”

# 1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Kiddos LLC may collect limited information directly from you when you voluntarily provide it, and certain technical information may be collected automatically through standard app functionality when you interact with Kiddos Play.

Kiddos Play is designed according to the principle of data minimization. We collect only what is strictly necessary for the app to function safely and effectively.

Unless otherwise stated, Kiddos LLC does not intentionally retrieve, extract, or remotely transmit user data from your device.

## 1.a. Types of Information We Collect

* Feedback and Reports you voluntarily submit (for example, when reporting a bug, gameplay issue, or inappropriate content).

* Records of Correspondence if you contact us directly (for example, by email).

* Device Information (such as device type and operating system version) if needed to help resolve technical issues you report.

* Local App Data stored only on your device, such as gameplay progress, puzzle completion state, settings, preferences, parental settings, saved worlds, localization, and accessibility preferences.

* Crash Logs or Diagnostics if you choose to share them through Apple’s or another platform’s optional reporting system.

* Subscription status information provided through Apple APIs to determine whether premium features should be unlocked.

## 1.b. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Kiddos Play is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of personal information.

Unless voluntarily provided by you:

* We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or precise geolocation information.

* We do not collect photos, videos, or contacts from your device.

* We do not collect biometric identifiers.

* We do not use advertising identifiers for tracking.

* We do not collect sensitive personal information for profiling purposes.

# 2. How We Use and Process Information

## 2.a. On-device processing (data that does not leave your device)

We process certain information solely on your device to operate app features and keep your experience safe and responsive. For example:

* Saving gameplay progress and preferences.

* Unlocking or remembering completed puzzle states.

* Content filtering on-device.

* Improving performance and reliability on your device (e.g., caching).

* Remembering parental settings and app preferences.

* Supporting accessibility or localization features.

This on-device data is not transmitted to our servers, unless you explicitly choose to share it with us (see 2.b).

## 2.b. Information you choose to share with us

When you contact us or submit information, we use it to:

* Provide, maintain, and improve the Mobile Application and related services.

* Support you when you request assistance (e.g., troubleshooting).

Kiddos Play does not include third-party analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, or advertising identifiers.

We do not use cookies or any form of persistent online identifier for tracking or profiling users.

We do not sell or “share” your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We may disclose information only in the following limited cases:

* To trusted service providers who help us operate Kiddos Play under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

* In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of Kiddos LLC assets.

Kiddos Play does not engage in behavioral tracking, personalized advertising, or external content profiling of any kind.

If the application provides external links for reference or informational purposes, those links are governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties.

Kiddos LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such external sites.

Some app functionality may rely on third-party infrastructure providers, app-distribution platforms, hosting providers, or cloud services. These providers may process limited technical information necessary for operation of their services under their own privacy policies.

# 5. Children’s Privacy

Kiddos Play is intended for family use and may be used by children only with parental involvement where required by law.

We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except as permitted by applicable law and only where necessary to provide requested services.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their child’s use of the Mobile Application.

Kiddos LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system or transmission method is entirely secure.

By using Kiddos Play, you acknowledge that any transmission of information is at your own risk.

Kiddos LLC is not liable for unauthorized access, interception, or circumvention of security measures by third parties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

# 7. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

Because Kiddos Play stores most information locally on your device, if you delete the Mobile Application, most local data will be deleted as well.

You can manage or delete your information by:

* Deleting the Kiddos Play app from your device.

* Resetting or deleting app data through your device settings where available.
