Why cannot my Family devices use the Kiddos+ subscription?
To activate your Kiddos+ subscription on one of your family accounts, launch on your family device the same application that was used to subscribe originally. For example if you subscribed to Kiddos+ from "Kiddos TV", launch "Kiddos TV" first on the other Family devices to activate and propagate the subscription to all other applications. Make sure to have a valid internet connection.
Why did my Kiddos+ subscription stop working?
After a long period not using the principal application used to subscribe, you will have to re-active the subscription again, by simply launching the application that was used to originally subscribe to Kiddos+. For example, if you subscribed to Kiddos+ from "Kiddos TV", launch "Kiddos TV" to re-activate and propagate the subscription to all other applications. Make sure to have a valid Internet connection.
How to use Kiddos TV with iOS "Parental Control" turned on?
If you want to use Kiddos TV on a device with iOS "Parental Controls" turned on, follow the following instructions:
Go in iOS System "Settings" -> "Screen Time" -> "Content & Privacy Restrictions" -> "Store, Web, Siri & Game Center Content" (iOS 18) or "App Store, Media, Web, & Games" (iOS 26) -> "Web Content" -> "Add Website":
Use https://www.youtube.com/embed/ as URL.
This does not allow to browse youtube.com from a web browser but allows accessing a video from YouTube if the full embedded URL is known.
